About Our Founder
When Idan Snof began working as a debt collector for one of Israel’s leading car leasing companies in 1999, he was driven to bring a fresh perspective to the sector. Idan envisioned building a collections agency helmed by a CPA with a degree in Financial Management — someone who could truly understand the financial picture of each client seeking help and their customers.
After earning his CPA and financial manager degree in 2004, Idan joined KPMG, before moving to Avis, where he was the company’s debt collections director, managing over 20 debt collectors and bookkeepers. While still at Avis, he took on the additional role of financial controller at Ferrari & Maserati Israel.
With a wealth of experience and eager to bring his long-term vision to life, Idan launched IDCC in 2015. Three years later, he expanded to international debt collections services, building partnerships and opening offices globally. Meanwhile, he has continued overseeing thousands of collections accounts through the teams he manages, focusing his approach on delivering exceptional service, with empathy for both the business and the customer.
As a leader in the collections sector, Idan is a regular speaker at his local Chamber of Commerce and is a mentor for other debt collectors who share his vision.
